In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, I accept that I may cancel my purchase
within 7 calendar days after the date of the receipt of the goods. I must advise Zentec Trading 37 CC in writing of
my cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The
goods must be returned to Zentec Trading 37 CC in its original condition, unused, undamaged and unopened and
in its original packaging within 7 calendar days from notice of cancellation. The cost of return of the goods shall
be for my account (this cost will be deducted off my refund).
Products eligible for return or exchange may be refunded into my original method of payment.
Zentec Trading 37 CC does not guarantee that I will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at
the discretion of Zentec Trading 37 CC having inspected the condition of the item returned.
Due to the nature of the product, Zentec Trading 37 CC is unable to warrant or guarantee the effectiveness or
sustainability of any products to my needs or metabolism. Nasti products are not suitable for individuals with
cardiovascular disorders, hypertension and diabetes.
The provision of goods by Zentec Trading 37 CC is subject to availability. Zentec Trading 37 CC will notify me
immediately in writing in cases of unavailability and refund me in full within 30 days after the date of such
communication.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I acknowledge that I may cancel my order at no charge before an order is dispatched.
I am allowed to cancel my order within 3 days of being placed if the order has not already been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. I may cancel my order by

Cancellations requested after items have been dispatched and have been delivered, will be treated as a return.
From the date of delivery, I have 7 calendar
days to return eligible items in my order for exchange or refund with no re- stocking fee subject to the Returns
and Refunds Policy. After this 7 calendar day period Zentec Trading 37 CC reserves the right to refuse a return
or exchange.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
I accept that Zentec Trading 37 CC takes extreme care in packaging and have a format that has worked for many
years and continues to work, but cannot guarantee that an item/s will not be damaged in transit. It is my
responsibility to ensure that I have inspected the item/s at the time of delivery and that the item/s received are
in good order and condition.
RESERVATION
Products cannot be reserved by a user to be bought at a later time. Placing anitem in your cart without
processing the payment for the order will not lead to a successful order being placed nor the reservation of (an)
item(s). If an item is listed as “on hold”, this means that a user currently has the last of these items in their
ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC shopping cart. If their cart expires without payment being made, this item will be
released back onto the website for sale.
TERMINATION OF SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT ORDERS
ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order that it suspects of being
fraudulent. This includes but is not limited to instances of suspected stolen credit cards and abuse of referral
programme incentives. On occasion, a Client Concierge may request a copy of your official identification
document or the front of your credit card to verify the transaction with the relevant bank. ZENTEC TRADING 37
CC may cancel any order where the necessary documentation is not provided in a timely manner (usually
within 24 hours). In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed with ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC, cardholders
will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC does not
process refunds for orders suspected of fraud.
SPECIAL ORDER GOODS
In accordance with Section 42 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the 7 day return/ refund
policy is not applicable to where audio or video recordings or computer software were unsealed by the customer
and to customer made/ special order goods. In the event that a special order is cancelled we reserve the right to
levy a reasonable cancellation penalty based on costs incurred by us at the time of cancellation.
