Zentec Trading 37cc trading as CZA MARKETING is a business in the health care industry that markets herbal
health care products.
ORDERS
The website allows a person (“user”) to place electronic orders (“order”) for one or more item/s on offer as long
as such products are available and not sold out. A purchasing contract (“sale”) between the user and Zentec
Trading 37 CC shall be complete only once I have placed an order and the payment has been processed fully,
meaning Zentec Trading 37 CC has received and accepted the payment.

SHIPPING INFO
Goods are delivered via courier companies within South Africa at a cost of R150.00( One Hundred and Fifty
Rands) inclusive of vat for every 2kg ordered. Delivery prices are subject to change as determined by courier
providers. Deliveries in South Africa takes between 3 to 5 working days for door to door service. We will provide a
confidential delivery service for customers who request same.
All international deliveries will be subject to export restrictions . International delivery will be processed via the
South African postal services and will take between 10 – 15 working days .
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

Customer details will be stored by Zentec Trading 37cc separately from card details which are entered by the

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.
Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). The US$ price quoted is subject to international currency
exchange rates and therefore can vary slightly (up or down) to the quoted price.

Zentec trading37cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods sold on
this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Zentec trading37cc chooses as its domicilium citandi et
executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other
documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Africa.
VARIATION
Zentec Trading 37 CC may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof after giving me prior

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, I accept that I may cancel my purchase
within 7 calendar days after the date of the receipt of the goods. I must advise Zentec Trading 37 CC in writing of
my cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The
goods must be returned to Zentec Trading 37 CC in its original condition, unused, undamaged and unopened and
in its original packaging within 7 calendar days from notice of cancellation. The cost of return of the goods shall
be for my account (this cost will be deducted off my refund).
Products eligible for return or exchange may be refunded into my original method of payment.
Zentec Trading 37 CC does not guarantee that I will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at
the discretion of Zentec Trading 37 CC having inspected the condition of the item returned.
Due to the nature of the product, Zentec Trading 37 CC is unable to warrant or guarantee the effectiveness or
sustainability of any products to my needs or metabolism. Nasti products are not suitable for individuals with
cardiovascular disorders, hypertension and diabetes.
The provision of goods by Zentec Trading 37 CC is subject to availability. Zentec Trading 37 CC will notify me
immediately in writing in cases of unavailability and refund me in full within 30 days after the date of such
communication.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I acknowledge that I may cancel my order at no charge before an order is dispatched.
I am allowed to cancel my order within 3 days of being placed if the order has not already been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. I may cancel my order by
contacting Nasera on 0313011610.
Cancellations requested after items have been dispatched and have been delivered, will be treated as a return.
From the date of delivery, I have 7 calendar
days to return eligible items in my order for exchange or refund with no re- stocking fee subject to the Returns
and Refunds Policy. After this 7 calendar day period Zentec Trading 37 CC reserves the right to refuse a return
or exchange.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
I accept that Zentec Trading 37 CC takes extreme care in packaging and have a format that has worked for many
years and continues to work, but cannot guarantee that an item/s will not be damaged in transit. It is my
responsibility to ensure that I have inspected the item/s at the time of delivery and that the item/s received are
in good order and condition.
RESERVATION
Products cannot be reserved by a user to be bought at a later time. Placing anitem in your cart without
processing the payment for the order will not lead to a successful order being placed nor the reservation of (an)
item(s). If an item is listed as “on hold”, this means that a user currently has the last of these items in their
ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC shopping cart. If their cart expires without payment being made, this item will be
released back onto the website for sale.
TERMINATION OF SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT ORDERS
ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order that it suspects of being
fraudulent. This includes but is not limited to instances of suspected stolen credit cards and abuse of referral
programme incentives. On occasion, a Client Concierge may request a copy of your official identification
document or the front of your credit card to verify the transaction with the relevant bank. ZENTEC TRADING 37
CC may cancel any order where the necessary documentation is not provided in a timely manner (usually
within 24 hours). In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed with ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC, cardholders
will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC does not
process refunds for orders suspected of fraud.
SPECIAL ORDER GOODS
In accordance with Section 42 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the 7 day return/ refund
policy is not applicable to where audio or video recordings or computer software were unsealed by the customer
and to customer made/ special order goods. In the event that a special order is cancelled we reserve the right to
levy a reasonable cancellation penalty based on costs incurred by us at the time of cancellation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Service Disruption
ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to
be online continuously, we cannot exclude cases in which the webpage may be unavailable. In rare cases this
may cause data loss.

ZENTEC TRADING 37 CC reserves the right to revise these terms from time totime. If you disagree with the
general terms we do not recommend use of our service. You will be required to accept the T’s & C’s every time
you transact on our website.
We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.

I accept that my orders are shipped entirely at my own full risk and that I am responsible for determining and
abiding by my countries laws regarding the importation of your products.
I understand that any charges that my bank/credit card company may levy in respect of an international
transaction are in terms of my contract with them and have nothing whatsoever to do with Zentec trading37cc.
I accept that any product packaged in a format not suitable for mailing will be repackaged in a mailable format.
Having read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions under which Zentec trading37cc is prepared
to accept and process my order, I acknowledge that there can be no reason of whatsoever nature, no matter how
arising which would justify me instituting a charge back claim with my credit card company in respect of the
order I have placed with Zentec trading37cc and that therefore any attempt to do so would constitute an act of
credit card fraud on my part, which I accept Zentec trading37cc will deal with accordingly.
